اتحاديه اروپا: اروپا در حال خروج از رکود اقتصادی است

اتحاديه اروپا می گويد اقتصاد اين اتحاديه در حال خروج از رکود است.  آمار سه ماه گذشته ميلادی بيانگر رشد اقتصادی اين منطقه است با اين وجود مقاهای اروپايی پيش بينی کرده اند توليد ناخالص داخلی در سال ٢٠٠٩ کمتر خواهد شد.


نيکلای سارکوزی، نخست وزير فرانسه می گويد شايد ديگر در نظر گرفتن عامل توليد ناخالص داخلی، بهترين راه برای اندازه گيری سلامت يک اقتصاد نباشد و فرانسه روش های ديگری را برای بررسی شاخص سلامت اقتصادی ابداع خواهد کرد.
اقتصاد کشورهای ژاپن، هنگ کنگ، آلمان و فرانسه از مرحله رکود خارج شده است و بعضی گزارش ها  از افزايش اميدواری  به پايانِ رکود اقتصادی در آمريکا حکايت دارد. پيش بينی ها از عميق تر شدن رکود اقتصادی روسيه خبر می دهد. دامنه احتمالی اين رکود اثرات منفی خود را بر اقتصاد جمهوری آذربايجان نيز خواهد گذاشت.
