هفته گذشته، اولين نشست کنسرسيوم خريدار احتمالي گروه خودروسازي سايپا برگزار شد.

هفته گذشته کنسرسيوم مشترک "بنياد تعاون سپاه" و "شرکت سرمايه گذاري تامين اجتماعي(شستا)" تشکيل جلسه داد و بحث و بررسي راجع به خريد سهامسازمان گسترش و نوسازي صنايع ايران(ايدرو) در گروه خودروسازي سايپا را آغاز کرد.


براساس اين گزارش، انتخاب اعضاي جديد هيات مديره سايپا نيز منوط به تعيين تکليف خريدار سهام ايدرو در گروه خودروسازي سايپا شده است.

هم اکنون "شستا" صاحب يک عضو در هيات مديره گروه خودروسازي سايپا است و به تنهايي نيز شانس اول خريداري سهام ايدرو در اين گروه خودروسازي را دارا مي باشد.

خبر برگزاري اين جلسه مهم در حالي درز مي کند که هيات مديره شستا به تازگي مصوبه اي براي خروج از بازار سهام مالکيت شرکت هاي خودروسازي مصوبکرده است.
